What is FROS?
FROS is a Family Rewards Online System. FROS enables parents to better motivate and reward children for their good behaviour, efforts in task completion, achievements in their studies and more.
How does it work?
FROS comprises of 2 types of account. Parent account (Reward Giver) and Child Account (Reward Receiver).
Parent Account

Who should register for a Parent Account?
- Parents
- Grandparents
- Aunt
- Uncle
Parent Account can setup Family Links with their children with subscriptions.

Approval of Points Claim
Only Family Link Type – Parent can view and approve points claim by Child. As FROS allow Child to input points themselves, it enables reasonable thinking and appropriate request. Parent may approve or reject any points claim as they deemed fit. Parent can also have a discussion with Child regarding their points claim requests, on whether the points claim is too high or too low.
Award Points
Parent can at anytime, award points to selected Child. This allow Parent to reward Child for specific good behaviours or actions. Each points award includes description and points. Child will be able to view the awarded points to them under their points history.
Penalise Points
Parent can at anytime, penalise points from selected Child. This allow Parent to penalise Child for specific bad behaviours or wrong doings. Each points penalty includes description and points. Child will be able to view the penalise points to them under their points history.
Setting Up Rewards List
All Family Link Types can setup rewards list for the Child to redeem. Only Linked Child accounts will be able to see the rewards list. The rewards list can be edited anytime. The points requirement for the rewards should be set as a reasonable reachable target for child to achieve and redeem. It is highly recommended to include rewards that require low, medium and high number of points.
Rewards Redemption Approval
Rewards redeemed by Child have to be approved by the respective Parent. In the event where the redemption is being rejected, the points will be returned to Child.
Child Account

Children can register for a child account. For every new Family Link created, child has to approve before the link is setup. To ensure only the allowed parties are requesting the family links, the parent account has to provide 3 details:
- Child Email Address
- Child registered First Name
- Child registered Last Name
In any event where the child do not recognise the parent account that is requesting a link, the child may reject the link request.
Claiming Points
Child accounts can submit their points claim requests. Each Points Claim Request comprises of Description and Points.
FROS allows the child to determine how much points they will like to claim. This promotes initiatives and reasonable thinking of the child.
Requesting for New Rewards
FROS allows Child to request New Rewards from their selected Parent. Child can also decide how much points are required for them to redeem it. However, it still depends on whether the Parent approve the requested reward.
Redeeming Rewards
Child will be able to view the rewards list from all Linked Parent accounts, and select their desired rewards. The required points will be deducted from their account. The reward redemption will depend on the approval from the respective Parent account. Any rejected redeemed reward will result in the points returning back to the child.
Rewards Fulfillment
Both Child and Parent accounts can view the List of Reward Redemptions that have not been fulfilled. Parent will determine when to fulfill the reward redemptions. After which, Parent have to update the fulfillment of the redeemed reward.
